Shopping Stripe Delivery Details

At Shopping Stripe, we value your time and aim to provide you with a smooth and timely delivery experience. Below are the details regarding our delivery services.

Worldwide Delivery

We currently deliver to over 750 cities worldwide. No matter where you are, we ensure that you get your orders with speed and care. From urban centers to remote locations, Shopping Stripe is committed to getting your purchases to you safely.

Shipping Fee & Charges

A minimum shipping fee of $5 will apply to all orders with a value of less than $100. This fee will be added to your total at the payment stage before completing the purchase. We believe in transparency, and this is to ensure that you know all the costs upfront.

Currently Not Accepting New Orders

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we are temporarily not accepting new orders. However, you can still browse our full range of products, create wishlists, or add items to your bag for future purchase. You can also continue purchasing gift vouchers from Shopping Stripe, and we'll notify you once we are able to accept new orders again. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

Delivery Timeframes

The majority of our orders are delivered within 5-7 working days from the date the order is confirmed. For products that are specially procured from stores outside your state, delivery may take between 7-12 working days. Custom-made products can take 15-30 days for delivery. While we strive to meet these timelines, please note that delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. Rest assured, we are committed to delivering your products as soon as possible.

Delayed Orders & Partial Cancellations

In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfill your entire order within 7 working days, we will cancel the undelivered portion of your order and send you an email notification. If this occurs, any payments made for the undelivered items will be refunded to you in the same manner in which they were paid. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, please be aware that they may ship from different locations. As a result, your items may arrive in separate shipments. You will receive an email notification in such cases if your shipment does not contain all of your ordered items. We appreciate your patience in these instances.

Damaged Goods & Refusals

If you believe that any part of your order is damaged, or if the packaging has been tampered with, please refuse to accept the delivery. Once refused, please contact us at customercare@shoppingstripe.com, providing your order reference number. We will take immediate action to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement delivery as soon as possible. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Invoices and Discrepancies

All shipped items, including gifts, will have an invoice indicating the price of the product. If you notice any discrepancies or divergence from your original order upon receipt, please contact our customer care team within 2 working days from receiving the delivery notification (SMS or email). Failure to do so will unfortunately result in the claim being deemed invalid.
